Stan Denis graduated from the University of Southern California with a joint JD-MBA degree and has specialized his practice exclusively in the areas of real estate and business litigation and dispute resolution for over 30 years.

Prior to forming his own firm in 1993, he was an associate and the chief litigator with the leading real estate law firm in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, followed by a partnership with another prominent real estate law firm in the area.

Over the years, Stan has taught and lectured on real estate issues to other attorneys at CEB seminars for California Continuing Education of the Bar, to real estate brokers and salespeople, and at El Camino College.

For every year since 1994, Stan has received the A-V® preeminent rating from LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell® which they designate as the “Highest Possible Rating in Both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards”. An A-V® preeminent rating is the result of peer review by both practicing attorneys and judges, and is a testament that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence and ethical standards in his field; as is the fact that for over the past 25 years other attorneys have chosen Stan to represent them in their own real estate and business lawsuits and disputes.

Additionally, LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell® has awarded Stan the Gold Client Champion award as a result of repeated “highly recommended” ratings from past clients. Fewer than 1% of attorneys have achieved this award making Mr. Denis part of an elite group of attorneys.
